The ALIGA Rapida Insect-Protect Food is a rapid action door that prevents insects from entering the production area thanks to its special protective insert. At the same time, however, the high air permeability of 49% ensures that heat can escape from the production halls and that there is a constant exchange of air.

Developed according to the requirements of DIN 1672 for “Hygienic Design”, there are many details for manufacturers to consider: from the choice of materials to the individual system components. Because all mechanical components are made of V2A stainless steel, it is resistant to cleaning agents used in the food industry.
